Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment and Billing

  • The initial payment serves as a non-refundable deposit for your preorder.
  • Upon product arrival to OneSixthPlace, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance plus shipping costs.
  • Full payment must be received within seven (7) days of invoicing, or your deposit will be forfeited and the product will be released for public sale.
  • We only accept credit/debit card payments; no money orders, cash, or checks.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied to preorders.

Order Policies

  • Preorder products must be ordered separately from in-stock merchandise. Each preorder should only contain the purchase of one (1) product.
  • Multiple preorder products require separate orders to ensure efficient processing and delivery.
  • Separate shipping charges apply for multiple preorder products.

Returns and Cancellations

  • All preorder products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Open items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Unopened products may be returned for a full refund with exception of the non-refundable deposit and shipping costs.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Cancellation requests are reviewed individually and not guaranteed. Please Contact Us for help.

Product Information

  • Product images shown may be of prototype items; final product appearance may vary slightly.
  • Estimated shipping dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change. Manufacturing delays are beyond our control; items will ship as soon as possible.
