At OneSixthPlace, we want you to be satisfied with your order and collecting experience. We strive to process and ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from our Las Vegas, Nevada facility (Pacific Time).
Return Policy
- We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, with the following conditions:
- Returns must be authorized before shipping.
- Items must be returned in same condition as received. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- Some items may be marked as non-returnable or sold as is (clearly marked on product page).
- For damaged items, clear photos of both item and shipping packaging must be provided.
Fees and Costs
- Open items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Unopened products and loose parts may be returned for a full refund with exception of shipping costs.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issues to the original payment method.
- Processing time for refunds is typically 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Customer will be notified of any issues found during inspection.
Shipping Information
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Delivery times vary based on chosen shipping method and destination.
