Returns and Shipping Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

At OneSixthPlace, we want you to be satisfied with your order and collecting experience. We strive to process and ship all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from our Las Vegas, Nevada facility (Pacific Time).

Return Policy

  • We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, with the following conditions:
  • Returns must be authorized before shipping.
  • Items must be returned in same condition as received. Returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
  • Some items may be marked as non-returnable or sold as is (clearly marked on product page).
  • For damaged items, clear photos of both item and shipping packaging must be provided.

Fees and Costs

  • Open items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Unopened products and loose parts may be returned for a full refund with exception of shipping costs.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issues to the original payment method.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Customer will be notified of any issues found during inspection.

Shipping Information

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delivery times vary based on chosen shipping method and destination.
