By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment and Billing
- The initial payment serves as a non-refundable deposit for your preorder.
- Upon product arrival to OneSixthPlace, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance plus shipping costs.
- Full payment must be received within seven (7) days of invoicing, or your deposit will be forfeited and the product will be released for public sale.
- We only accept credit/debit card payments; no money orders, cash, or checks.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to preorders.
Order Policies
- Preorder products must be ordered separately from in-stock merchandise. Each preorder should only contain the purchase of one (1) product.
- Multiple preorder products require separate orders to ensure efficient processing and delivery.
- Separate shipping charges apply for multiple preorder products.
Returns and Cancellations
- All preorder products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Open items are subject to 20% restocking fee.
- Unopened products may be returned for a full refund with exception of the non-refundable deposit and shipping costs.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
